This is the stunning chalcedony linked statement neckpiece. It is a one of a kind neckpiece. I love sourcing gemstones which have natural inclusions through them and choose stones that remind me of the landscapes and colours around me. Designing bold statement pieces of jewellery is my passion. I want you to feel confident in your own individual style and empowered while wearing this stunning limited edition neckpiece.
It is made with large Blue Chalcedony nuggets, strung with white irregular shaped fresh water pearls and handmade recycled sterling silver wire links. Each nugget is has natural details in the gemstone and I design the silver shapes to eco the shapes of the stones.
The Story –
This stunning neckpiece is made in the pretty seaside town of Tayport, just across the River Tay and only 5 mins drive from the V&A Dundee. My jewellery is made inside my garden studio which is also becoming an inspiration in my work. This particular silver necklace is a one off piece, inspired by architectural lines along the coast of Tayside and Fife, including the geometric angles from oil rigs and sails from the yachts in the harbour. I love to go for walks along the waters edge, taking inspiration from the different shapes, textures and forms of the rugged coastline. I love combing the beaches for unusual shaped rocks which is the influence to include the irregular shaped gemstones. I mainly use aquamarine, tourmalinated quartz, amethyst, but if there is a particular stone you would like me to set just get in touch.

With a Bauhaus, architectural feel, this piece is contemporary and elegant. I have designed my own handmade silver rectangle links and keyring styled catch to flow with the design of the piece. You can play and move the component pieces so that it sits in different ways. The full length of the neckpiece is 20cm.

Postage and Packaging –
Each piece is beautifully packaged in a branded black eco gift box with silver logo and can come with a gift bag if it is a gift and if requested when ordering. All pieces are securely packaged and sent by Special Delivery which royal mail guarantee next day delivery. You will need to be in to sign for your parcel. So no need to wrap your pieces as you can gift them in my branded gift box and bag.
As I am eco and environmentally conscious, I may reuse bubble wrap envelopes from time to time. I rebranded from Genna Design to Genna Delaney so you may receive packaging with the old logo but they still have my current contact details on them. This is to help the environment as I hate to waste packaging.
