If you are wanting me to design a bespoke piece of jewellery then I will have to charge a design fee. This is a one off non refundable fee.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I pay? “]

I accept payment buy cash, cheque, bank transfer, paypal, debit/credit cards and payment over the phone.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you offer refunds?”]

I cannot offer refunds on commissions because each piece is especially made for the individual client. I cannot do refunds for a pair of earrings due to hygiene. For ready made stock, I cannot offer a refund as each piece is individually handmade, but I can offer an exchange if the piece was bought as a gift. The only way I would offer a refund is if the piece is damaged or broken. When sending the piece back please make sure it is properly insured with special delivery postage.

read by blog post here for advice.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I find out what my partners ring size is without her knowing?”]

You can be sneaky and ask a member of the family to take her for a shopping trip and pop into a jewellery shop to find out her size. Or you can borrow some of her rings and I can help you work out her ring size. Women don’t often wear rings on their wedding finder until they are engaged as it is unlucky. So it is difficult to work out the accurate ring size. I suggest that if you are going to propose and you really can’t find an accurate ring size the best thing to do is get a cheaper ring made in silver of the design you would like, then propose to her. Once she has said yes you can come back in with your fiance and we can get an accurate ring size and ring designed especially for her in her style. If you do want to commission the final piece first time round, it may need to be resized.
